A coaching is a tailor-made support.
In business coaching organizational issues, while in life coaching personal difficulties are solved.
At some personal development levels, when not a group of people experience the same difficulty but unique cases should be handled, or for any reason other solutions are not appropriate, usually the coach can help with support.
The coach is not an expert of the area from where the cochee comes (if yes, than the meeting is not about professional issues). The coach does not make professional decisions, it is not a consultancy.
The coach supports the cochee with his/her point of view, helping the cochee to make his/her own decisions, in an optimal and comfortable way for himself/herself. The coach can ask, listen to the cochee or summarize what has happened before, or can present such models, situations that help the cochee to get closer to the best solution and finally solve his/her issues.
We handle coaching as a process, to which Coaching Report serves the base and the maintanance of neccessary objectivity for both individual and team coaching. Following the assessment report, 1-2 hour meetings are held, depending on the complexity of the problem handled.
