Goal
·To raise personal and business awareness through understanding personal behavior, drivers and competencies.
Participants will be able to:
·To set own goals, develop personal strategies,
·To understand personal relationships (doctor, patient, and relatives, etc.) and communicate with them more effectively,
· To successfully solve conflicts int he intitutional relationships (government, supplyers, etc.),
·To operate the institution and manage/cooperate with colleges more effectively.
Timing of the Training:
·4 X 2 days
Place of the Training:
Budapest, but upon request in any other location
Cost of the Training:
100 % project financed

·Personal assessments and based on results personal and managerial feedback
·Trainings for raise effectiveness in communication, cooperation, conflict management, and team effectiveness.
·Coach (personal consultant) support
·Simulation Program (simulation of the Hospital operation, gain personal experience and bring back to daily work)-optional element
Modules of the Training:
·Self-awareness, to understand strenghts and know how to rely on them, in difficult, emotion-driven circumstances,
·Communication, to understand self and others’ communicetion style and structure more consciously the conversation,
·Handling Conflicts, to be able to stand up for personal professional interest in a conflicting situation without hurt the others’ interest,
·Cooperation, to maximize personal contribution for the patients quicker recovery and higher organizational effectiveness.
